I’ve had OVER 2,500 people view this thread and many have emailed me thanks for this post, as it has helped them contact asset management companies and get business.

Generally it is very intresting kind of investment, but I think that real estate is loosing it’s price too much.
I own a site with prices for Moscow real estate listings and from the begining of this year it wasn’t grew….
Anyway american real estate is more stabil in this case.

Thank you for the list. I work for the City of Los Angeles Code Enforcement alot of the rental properties in the city in foreclosure have a substandard on the title and it might be hard to sell these properties. I hope to try to use the information I learned on your web site to be proactive in finding banks, servicers in charge of these properties so we can work at getting compliance and clear the property title. Trying to find who is in charge of a property and work with them is probably the most challenging part of my job. This is getting to be a pretty big problem here and I’m trying to figure out any way I can to get this job done.

I will do my very best to contact these company and get started on a new outlook fof doing this properties since I already are evaluating land and properties trying to stay ahead of the game, because there are so many REO and Short Sale properties out there, that it is time I join the teams that are working these listing to help get these houses occupanted and make some money also. I just came back to real estate, last year was very difficult for me I took a job fo a year, I just left my job and I want to give my 100% to get REO listings and to get them close. Because nobody shares how they have become REO agents, so keep me in your prayers. financially I’m not doing well

Ok, so I don’t want to be mean, but why can’t people type properly? Almost everyone’s response to the article under these comments has some sort of misspelling or improper grammar.
It kind of makes you wonder why us Realtors have a bad name, doesn’t it?? Maybe it’s true what the public says about us.
Proof-read your comments people!! If you can’t type well on a blog comment, I’d be scared to see you respond to potential clients.

We all make mistakes. As a matter of fact you made a common grammatical error when you typed “us Realtors” when the correct grammatical statement would have been “we Realtors”. You wouldn’t say “us have a bad name”, you would say “we have a bad name”. The idea is to remove the word following “us” or “we” to see if the statement still makes sense. The point is just to not be overly critical, especially when it’s easy for you to make mistakes as well.
